About the role

The R&D Process Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes. This includes designing and testing new production methods, analyzing data to improve process efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in process engineering or manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with statistical software and process control systems
