R&D Physicist - AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an R&D Physicist to help train AI models by measuring progress, evaluating logic, and solving problems to improve model quality. This role requires an expert understanding of physics and related fields such as Astrophysics, Biophysics, Electrical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots complex physics questions and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Detail-oriented
• Strong grasp of classical mechanics, E&M, thermodynamics, and basic quantum concepts
• A current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required

Pay

Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonus rates available on some projects. Payment is made via PayPal.
