R&D Manager - Support Services

What will you be doing?

Lead and manage junior team members within the Biologics franchise, supporting their development and ensuring project success.

Oversee and manage proper functionality and operations of Biologics laboratories.

Support the end-to-end lifecycle of BRM products from early innovation and development through to commercialization.

Design and execute project plans integrating innovation, feasibility, and product development testing activities.

Provide scientific expertise, including identifying unmet clinical needs and contributing to study design, reports, and product claims.

Manage external partners such as CROs to ensure consistent practices across vendors and sites.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and other teams to deliver key milestones.

Review and prepare SOPs, protocols, manuscripts, technical reports, and documentation to support regulatory and marketing activities.

Guide internal stakeholders in interpreting study results and using insights to inform strategic decisions.

What will you need to be successful?

A Master’s or PhD degree in a scientific discipline (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing projects from concept to commercialization within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology.

2+ years of leadership experience with the ability to develop and guide team members.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.

Strong scientific expertise with experience in study design, data interpretation, and technical writing.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
