R&D Laboratory Technician

Job Responsibilities

Aid in all stages of product testing and development on designated projects.

Operate and maintain laboratory test equipment.

Record product test data and provide summaries of results, including some data analysis.

Support facility operations by troubleshooting equipment and handling glass.

Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.

Maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair laboratory equipment.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Two or more years of experience in a laboratory or fabrication setting.

Commitment to safety and maintaining an orderly and safe workplace.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, including interactions with all levels of coworkers.

Strong time management skills to manage multiple projects over several months.

Hands-on testing capabilities.

Professional appearance and conduct maintained.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
