R&D Intern - Summer 2027

About the role

This internship offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers and contribute to advancing Honeywell Aerospace’s technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting experiments and prototype testing.
• Support data collection, analysis, and documentation of R&D activities.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and improve project outcomes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Science, Engineering or a similar field.
• Must graduate December 2027 or later.
• Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship.
• Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher).

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant coursework or project experience in research, engineering, or related areas.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment or software tools is a plus.

Pay

The hourly base range for this position is $25.00/hr - $44.85/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Schedule

The exact worksite location will be selected based on business requirements and the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.
