Research and Development co-op student. Laboratory environment with exposure to a manufacturing floor. No ability to take summer courses while at work. Responsibilities

• Key R&D and site project support
• Industrial and Medical adhesives coating – sample preparation, testing
• Automotive and Aerospace qualified adhesives and coatings
• General Raw material screening and analysis
• Process Optimization/Continuous Improvement Projects
• Product development trial coverage/evaluation (with supervision)
• Product Cost Modeling/Analysis
• Preparing presentations/presenting work
• Maintaining/organizing/cleaning workspace
• Keep a Lab Notebook

Requirements

Preferred Candidate would be working towards a degree in the following fields: Paper Science, Chemistry, Polymer Science or Chemical or Bio Engineering (but not limiting).
