About the role
Anteris® Technologies is a global structural heart company dedicated to revolutionizing cardiac care. Our mission is to forge new frontiers in cardiac care by pioneering science-driven and measurable advancements to restore heart valve patients to healthy function. We are currently seeking engineers with expertise in medical device design, systems engineering, catheter-based technologies, tissue engineering, sustaining engineering, product lifecycle management, verification and validation, risk management, or complex electromechanical and biologic systems.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of innovative structural heart technologies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance new product development
- Support the creation of the world's first biomimetic TAVR valve, DurAVR® THV
- Engage in risk management and regulatory compliance activities
- Work within highly regulated environments to ensure quality and safety standards
Requirements
- Experience in medical device design and development
- Systems engineering skills
- Knowledge of catheter-based technologies
- Tissue engineering expertise
- Sustaining engineering background
- Product lifecycle management experience
- Verification and validation knowledge
- Risk management proficiency
- Complex electromechanical and biologic systems understanding
Qualifications
- Technical strength and problem-solving abilities

- Comfortable working in highly regulated environments
- Experience supporting Class III medical devices, structural heart technologies, design controls, and FDA or ISO-regulated development processes

Benefits
Anteris Technologies offers competitive compensation packages, including:
- Engineer I: $80 - $100k
- Engineer II: $85 - $110k
- Senior Engineer: $115 - $140k
- Principal Engineer: $140 - $170k
