R&D Engineering Manager

The Role

The R&D Engineering Manager will lead a team in developing new products such as Standard Panels, Alarms, and Level Sensors. Collaboration with teams in Suzhou, China and AMI Global for product development, component sourcing, and cost savings is expected. The role involves working closely with the sales team, manufacturing engineers, and other internal teams.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills managing engineering or product development teams
• Experience in Hardware and Firmware design preferred
• Willingness to incorporate new technologies into product design
• New product development from concept through launch
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with regulatory approvals, product testing, and technical documentation

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree in Engineering or equivalent degree
• 7-10 years of experience

• Starting salary range: $120,000 - $150,000/year depending on experience
