About the role
The R&D Engineer Level II-Senior is responsible for designing, developing, and testing new products within the company's technology portfolio. They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success and contribute to the overall innovation strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new products based on customer needs and market trends
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to support product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance
- Write and maintain detailed technical documentation for new products
- Participate in product launches and post-launch support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product development
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits and systems
- Experience with product design tools such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
- Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers
- Knowledge of software development and programming languages
- Experience with project management methodologies
Skills
- Strong technical skills in electrical engineering and computer science
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
