R&D Engineer Level II-Senior

About the role

The R&D Engineer Level II-Senior is responsible for designing, developing, and testing new products within the company's technology portfolio. They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success and contribute to the overall innovation strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products based on customer needs and market trends
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to support product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance
• Write and maintain detailed technical documentation for new products
• Participate in product launches and post-launch support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product development
• Strong understanding of electronic circuits and systems
• Experience with product design tools such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
• Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers
• Knowledge of software development and programming languages
• Experience with project management methodologies

• Strong technical skills in electrical engineering and computer science
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
