Responsibilities
- Own meaningful pieces of the software stack, from low-level algorithm development to customer-facing features.
- Write and ship application software on Windows and Linux.
- Develop signal-processing and analysis algorithms.
- Build self-tests that keep code quality high.
- Implement AI as both a development tool and a customer-facing feature set.
- Research user needs and translate them into well-scoped work.
- Collaborate with product planners, marketing, and QA to bring features to market.
- Work in standard agile cycles with a consistent rhythm of planning, shipping, and iterating.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of professional software development experience.
- B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and hardware interfaces.
- Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles, digital design, and electronic components.
- Proven ability to build, test, and debug software across the full development lifecycle.
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and software design principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of analog circuit design and mixed-signal systems.
- Experience using digital oscilloscopes or other bench test and measurement equipment.
- GUI development using Windows WPF.
- Proficiency in C++ or C# using Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Experience with Git-based source control workflows.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket) in an agile development environment.

This position is on-site in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Relocation is available for this position. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Pay
Colorado Pay Range: MIN $72,830.00, Mid. $97,100.00, MAX $121,380.00. Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region.
