About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced R&D Chemist to join our company. As an R&D Chemist for Thermoplastic Hot Melts, you will be responsible for the development of innovative adhesive products that meet the needs of our customers and play a crucial role in leading the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct experiments and research to develop new adhesive compounds and formulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and optimize existing processes.
• Develop and implement R&D strategies to drive innovation and product improvement.
• Analyze and interpret the results of laboratory experiments and tests.
• Use a variety of analytical methods, including FTIR, DMA, and DSC.
