Quotations Specialist

About the role

Prepare cost estimates of material from factories and representatives to obtain cost information. Collaborate with sales representatives and customer service representatives to form relationships with customers and suppliers to provide on-time and accurate quotations. Compare manufacturers’ bills of material to ascertain and price any differences for complete comparisons.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Graybar sales representatives, customer service representatives, customers and manufacturer representatives to gather needed details to create quotes.
• Learn about product lines and pricing mechanics, as well as the computer systems used to provide quotations.

Requirements

• Customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of SAP and ability to work with Excel formulas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience preferred.
• High School education.
• 2 year degree in Business or related preferred.

Pay

The expected rate of pay for this position is $20.52 per hour - $28.64 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
