About the role
We are seeking a Quorum Land Analyst II to support pipeline projects through precise land records management and spatial data verification. This role contributes to impactful energy infrastructure initiatives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Enter and verify land document data
- Ensure seamless integration with GIS parcel data
- Support the coordination of legal and mapping information
- Drive accurate project documentation
- Streamline land management processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in land records administration, management, and documentation related to pipeline systems
- Strong ability to interpret legal land descriptions, plats, alignment sheets, and maps
- Familiarity with land agreements such as easements, permits, deeds, and related documents
- Basic land title knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Quorum data products and On Demand Land
- Advanced skills in GIS software, especially ESRI products, and Google Earth
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities, with the capability to handle sensitive information
Qualifications
- Nice to have: Experience reviewing physical alignment sheets and supporting documentation, Knowledge of land plotting and deed plotting software, Prior experience working with land databases and spatial data integration

- Experience with Quorum data products and On Demand Land
