QuickBooks Online Expert | $34/hr Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Provide omnichannel chat support to SMB owners.
• Respond to general product inquiries and complex, data-driven accounting questions.
• Aid customers with bookkeeping, accounting, and financial-related queries using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Analyze and interpret financial data to deliver accurate and practical guidance.
• Support customers with accounting workflows and financial operations.
• Complete assigned PPT-based tasks as part of the project requirements.

Requirements

• Active user of QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Prior experience providing omnichannel chat support.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis.
• Experience working with SMB (Small and Medium Business) clients is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
