Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of QuickBase applications.
- Manage user access, roles, and security configurations across all environments.
- Maintain backup, recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Oversee data integrations between QuickBase and other systems via APIs, webhooks, or IPaaS solutions.
- Design and develop new QuickBase applications and features to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into technical requirements and workflows.
- Customize and automate workflows to improve efficiency.
- Review, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues within existing QuickBase solutions.
- Support custom page development using QuickBase APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (review-level familiarity acceptable).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience with the QuickBase platform (administration preferred; development experience considered).
- Experience in wireless telecommunications is a plus.
- Strong understanding of relational database design and lifecycle management.
- Experience integrating QuickBase with other systems through APIs and automation tools.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for reviewing or supporting custom functionality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), including data analysis and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and system-thinking abilities for workflow design and optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Background in telecommunications or related experience preferred.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, clean or acceptable criminal background and motor vehicle record.
- Must pass drug testing that follows Federal guidelines.
