Quick Lube Technician

Role Summary

New Way Ford Pocahontas is seeking a motivated and dependable Quick Lube Technician to join our service department. This entry-level position is perfect for someone passionate about cars and eager to start or grow a career in automotive service.

Responsibilities

- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services efficiently and accurately. - Check and top off fluids, replace filters, and inspect belts, hoses, and batteries. - Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to Service Advisors. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. - Follow dealership and manufacturer maintenance standards and procedures. - Assist technicians with vehicle movement and light shop support as needed. - Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and other team members.

Qualifications

Previous experience in basic vehicle maintenance preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Willingness to learn and participate in manufacturer training. Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
