Quick Lube/Express Technician

Responsibilities

• Check systems and components for security and functionality.
• Isolate problematic systems or components.
• Drive vehicles for testing and refill fluid levels as needed.
• Maintain tire pressure and clean/lubricate fittings as necessary.
• Install new oil drain plugs and filters, communicating oil levels to teammates.
• Efficiently diagnose and repair vehicles, replacing worn parts before breakdowns.
• Utilize power tools, machine tools, and hand tools for various tasks.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of automobiles and strong diagnostic skills.
• Effective analytical and communication abilities, with a drive to improve.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, repair procedures, and specifications.
• Proficiency in operating electronic diagnostic equipment.
• A High School Diploma or GED (required).
• ASE Certification or Technical degree (preferred).
• One year of experience in a service department.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
