Job Description
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, promptly addressing concerns or issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Effectively communicate with customers regarding their automotive concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations for service needs.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of services, communicating any specific customer requests or concerns effectively.
Recommend maintenance per GM guidelines or additional findings that may arise during the service process to customers.
When appropriate, educate customers about additional GM maintenance services or products that can benefit their vehicles.
Prepare accurate and detailed repair orders, ensuring that all customer requests and service recommendations are documented.
Handle customer payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to provide customers with a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Prior automotive industry experience in a customer service setting is preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills including data entry, repair order creation, and payment processing.
- Reliable, trustworthy, organized, and efficient.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Pre-employment screenings, background, driving, and drug tests are required.
