Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a prompt and friendly manner
• Determine the time and which advisor will be leading the service of the vehicle
• Discover the needs of the client and clearly articulate information to the Quick Lane Advisor
• Responsible for traffic control and direction guidance
• Check out / cashier responsibilities for completed guest services
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

• Must be friendly, courteous, and have a positive attitude
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
• Must hold a valid driver's license and have clean driving record
• Must pass pre-employment background checks and Motor Vehicle Record

This position works both indoors and outdoors, in a shop environment greeting customers in the service drive, standing and walking is required for up to 75% of work shift, and bending, twisting, and kneeling required primarily for getting in and out of vehicles.
