Queue Merchandise Coordinator - Boise

About the role

The Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking a Queue Merchandise Coordinator to contribute to our mission of nurturing hope, healing, and resilience for Idaho's youth through accessible programs and services.

Responsibilities

• Help grow our Social Enterprise business through creation of queue and new merchandise orders for our retail stores.
• Build relationships with customers, donors, and the community to support the continued forward movement of our mission.
• Establish transparency and accuracy in ordering merchandise and filling orders to retail stores.
• Collaborate with store teams and leadership for in-store merchandising and signage.
• Effectively train team members and store teams on purchased product processes and merchandising through email correspondence and store visits.
• Take inventory cycles and prepare and distribute sales and unit movement reports.
• Build relationships with store team members to accurately communicate inventory needs.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills including use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Able to work with little supervision.
• A valid, state-issued drivers license.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
