Job Summary

Mohawk Industries is seeking a MOLD LINE OPERATOR - F SHIFT (NIGHTS) at their facility in Dickson, Tennessee.

Job Functions

• Ensures safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment
• Follows the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Stocks lines/machines with needed materials
• Transports, weighs, and mixes appropriate ingredients
• Loads/unloads machines
• Performs periodic checks on output
• Creates samples and performs quality control checks
• Maintains accurate documentation/records relative to safety, quality, and productivity for assigned area
• Supports a life-long learning environment, enhancing own skills as well as assisting in the development of other team members
• Performs other related duties as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safe operating practices
• Knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing principles
• Willingness to cross department lines and assist the team

Pay & Schedule

• Salary: Commensurate with experience
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:45PM - 7AM
