About the Role

This role is essential to maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of our quarry operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that aid in the maintenance and operation of the quarry.

Responsibilities

• Shoveling: Manually move materials and clear areas to ensure safe and efficient quarry operations.
• Sweeping and Cleaning: Maintain a clean work environment through sweeping debris and steam cleaning equipment and areas as required.
• Painting: Apply paints and coatings to equipment, signs, and infrastructure to maintain aesthetic appearance and safety standards.
• Tire Work: Assist in the maintenance and repair of quarry vehicle tires, ensuring they are safe and operational.
• Mechanical Assistance: Provide support to the mechanical team during maintenance and repair activities to ensure minimal downtime of machinery.
• Lifting, Pushing, and Pulling: Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment, including the lifting, pushing, and pulling of various objects as necessary for daily operations.
