About the role
Our client, a trusted delivery partner for leading technology organisations with extensive experience in advanced data centre developments, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support a large-scale project based in Texas, US. This is a contract position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Conduct valuations and contract administration
- Manage claims and variations
- Handle payment applications
- Finalise accounts
Requirements
- Strong contract knowledge (FIDIC/NEC/JCT or equivalent US exposure)
