About the role
The trading internship at Susquehanna offers a unique blend of hands-on experience and educational opportunities. Interns spend half their day on a trading desk, where they are fully integrated into a trading team, working alongside experienced traders as mentors. The other half involves classroom instruction in options theory and decision science, led by traders dedicated to developing future professionals.
Responsibilities

- Learn about the use of game theory, decision science, and technology in trading
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree with graduation expected by August 2028
- Exceptional quantitative, logical reasoning, and analytical skills
- Basic computer skills; proficiency in computer programming is preferred
- Demonstrated interest in strategic games and competitive activities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
Qualifications
- STEM background can be leveraged to understand Susquehanna's trading methods
- Deep exposure to trading to inform career decisions
