Quantitative Strategist for a prop trading shop

Qualifications

• Techically capable in algorithmic design in C++ and proficient in writing C++ code.
• Proficient in Python coding, especially in scripting and automation.
• Detail oriented and can easily identify key influencing factors; able to quickly retain historical highlights to focus on future improvements.
• Analytical - ability to understand the full scope and depth of the issue, able to solve for the long-term.
• Results driven - able to drive tasks to completion in a timely manner.
• Experience, or a desire to learn, with data mining, extraction and organization of raw format data from various sources such as GreenHouse, payroll system, gitlab, and more.
• Experience or knowledge of Tableau and other user interface tools that require data-input and entries is helpful.
• Ability to multitask - iterate quickly towards a better solution while not dropping the ball on other concurrent functions.
• Strong self-awareness and high emotional intelligence to assist with interpersonal and communication improvements.
