What You'll Do

About the Role
The Sports Analytics team at Susquehanna builds statistical forecasting models that provide liquidity for the sports betting industry. These models are crucial for developing new trading strategies and informing decision-making about game event distributions.
What We're Looking For
- Graduating Master's or PhD students in a quantitatively-driven field
- Solid, analytical problem-solving skills and excellent logical reasoning
- Exceptional communication skills, both in understanding others and expressing yourself clearly
- Strong, practical computer programming skills
- Demonstrated experience working on sports analytics projects
- Understanding of US Sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL) and world sports (soccer, tennis, golf, cricket)
Requirements
Intermittent international travel may be required.
