About the role
The Quantitative Developer will build data pipelines and implement statistical models to support the management of a $285 billion general investment account. They will collaborate with portfolio managers and strategists to develop tools that enhance portfolio analytics and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines using ETL pipelines, cloud, and data architecture
- Develop and implement statistical models for hedging, pricing, and asset allocation strategies
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and strategists to translate research into production-ready tools
- Work closely with the broader R&D organization of Investment Management to support the oversight of the firm's $285 billion General Investment Account
- Engage with new ideas and evolving market dynamics to drive innovation through close collaboration and proactive problem-solving
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, information technology, or related field
- 6+ months of relevant work experience, including internships
Ideal Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, information technology, or related field
- Experience in ETL pipelines, cloud, data architecture, and CI/CD
- Keen interest to work in investments outside of the public equity market
- Quant/ML modeling experience
- Excel and Python integration experience
- Software development experience using GitHub and Docker
- MLOps experience
- Experience with Anthropic Claude
Qualifications

Pay
$86,200 - $113,100
Schedule
Hybrid model with at least three days per week in the office and remote Fridays, company-wide remote weeks, and a bank of flexible remote weeks to use throughout the year.
