Quantitative Analyst | Remote

Remote role with a flexible schedule of 10-40 hours per week.

Pay

$180-$235 per hour

Responsibilities

• Review individual finance tasks and workflows for professional realism, clarity, scope, and internal consistency.
• Assess whether task inputs, context, and expected workflow reflect real-world practices in finance.
• Identify missing assumptions, ambiguous instructions, unsupported requirements, and impractical constraints.
• Flag tasks that are too broad or generic to produce meaningful finance capability signals.
• Provide concise, structured written feedback and targeted recommendations to improve task realism.
• Cross-check task logic with trusted domain peers to maintain high standards across the sprint.

Requirements

• Have strong relevant experience in trading or crypto, with 5+ years in trading or 5+ years in crypto.
• Professional experience in derivatives trading, volatility, FX, futures, market making, systematic execution, crypto, DeFi, or market structure.
• Strong quantitative reasoning and practical understanding of pricing, hedging, liquidity, and risk.
• Ability to distinguish theoretical correctness from executable, market-aware analysis.
• Excellent written communication and ability to explain correctness and reasoning.
• Experience reviewing analysts, approving work, designing controls, or setting quality standards is valuable for the senior track.
