About the role

The role is responsible for managing the bank's digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer engagement and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging across channels
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing
• Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation
