Quant Analytics Senior associate

Job Responsibilities

• Drive meaningful impact by partnering with analytics teams across the organization to improve how marketing effectiveness is measured.
• Build AI-enabled solutions that identify meaningful changes in business performance and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
• Build credibility with stakeholders through clear communication, sound analysis, and practical solutions.
• Take ownership of projects and processes from problem definition through implementation.
• Collaborate with peers to maintain high standards of quality and analytical rigor.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• A undergraduate or advanced degree in an analytical field, data bootcamp certification, or equivalent experience in analytics, consulting, modeling, or business analysis.
• At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role that proactively supported data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with analytical tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, regression analysis, visualization tools).
• Meaningful experimentation with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies) and an eagerness to continue learning as capabilities evolve.
• Strong analytical judgment, including the ability to distinguish meaningful business signals from normal variation and communicate insights with appropriate context.
• Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to validate results and identify flaws in analyses, datasets, or AI-generated outputs.
• Ability to frame business problems as testable hypotheses and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
