Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing.
Responsibilities
- Generate business insights and identify growth opportunities for lending strategies and portfolio optimization.
- Complete analytical projects end-to-end from problem identification, proposal development, and data analysis to solution delivery, timeline management, and results presentation.
- Develop and maintain analytics to provide management with insight into emerging trends and key performance metrics across the account lifecycle.
- Design experiments, evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, and build predictive models to uncover customer behavior patterns and enhance segmentation for targeted marketing.
- Partner with business teams and stakeholders to identify high-impact projects, influence decisions with data, and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Communicate analytical findings and recommended actions to stakeholders through data visualization and presentations.
- Build and optimize lending strategies, support strategy implementation, and foster relationships across marketing, finance, and risk.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience as Quant Analytics, Business Intelligence Analyst, or related occupation.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics, Business Intelligence Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills
- Conducting analytical and strategic projects by identifying problems, analyzing data, formulating conclusions, and generating recommendations for credit card line-management products, including credit line increase, credit line exchange, and credit line consolidation.
- Performing strategic analysis of marketing campaigns using credit card line-management and engagement strategies, including email and nudge campaigns.
- Developing and implementing lending strategies for increasing customer engagement, product take rates, and business outcomes.
- Performing data warehousing and manipulation using Snowflake and SQL.
- Conducting data analysis using SQL and Python.
- Creating decision trees and segmentations using SAS Viya and Python.
- Extracting insights using Snowflake, SAS Viya, SQL, and Python.
- Structuring and interpreting data analyses and translating findings into business recommendations.
- Creating Tableau dashboards.
- Evaluating the impact of customer segments on customer experience and engagement.
- Presenting findings on marketing campaign performance and lending-initiative business cases to executive stakeholders.

Pay
Competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. Those in eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in the form of cash and/or forfeitable equity, awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
