About the role
Join us as a Quant Analyst - Scenarios and Scenario Models at UBS. This role is designed for experienced professionals who can contribute to the development and analysis of financial models and scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate quantitative models and scenario analyses for investment strategies and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model outputs into business decisions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of modeling methodologies and tools.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in quantitative finance or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software such as R, Python, or MATLAB.
- Experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of financial markets and risk management principles.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with Bloomberg, Excel, and other financial modeling tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
