Quality Test Technician

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Using high-potential AC and DC test equipment
• Operating various types of electrical bridges, meters, and fiber optic test sets
• Performing all aspects of testing and final inspection
• Maintaining a safe and orderly test area

Qualifications

• Solid, stable work history; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Awareness of safety procedures and ability to maintain a safe work environment.
• Electrical background preferred (vocational, military, or equivalent experience).
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to work in a team and participate in safety, quality, and production improvement activities.
• Willingness to work overtime during the week and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 75–100 lbs.

Benefits & Perks

• Pay Range: $25.51 to $30.39 per hour
• Stay Bonus: $1,250 after 6 months; $1,250 after 1 year
• Yearly Boot Allowance: $125
• Performance-Based Hourly Pay: Shift Premiums: $1.50/hr (2nd shift); $2.25/hr (3rd shift)
