Quality Technician Summary

Join Millennium Print Group as a Quality Technician! We're looking for detail-oriented individuals to help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll perform inspections, identify quality issues, and support production teams to deliver exceptional products to customers.

Location

Morrisville, NC

Schedule

Onsite, Nights 7:00pm - 7:00am on a 2,2,3,2 rotation basis

What You’ll Do

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met
• Review job specifications and verify production accuracy throughout the manufacturing process
• Identify defects and communicate non-conformance issues to production teams
• Document inspection results, audit findings, and corrective actions
• Validate production quality at critical control points
• Maintain quality records and support reporting activities
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to support operational excellence
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies

What You’ll Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
