Quality Technician Lead - 1st Shift

Roles And Responsibilities

• Champions a safety culture, ensures a safe work environment, and promotes safe behavior.
• Maintains awareness of environmental conditions affecting employee safety and security; takes corrective action.
• Communicates specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies to employees.
• Develops and implements training programs for all employees.
• Monitors plant performance and finished goods through in-process inspections and laboratory testing.
• Communicates quality issues and out-of-specification conditions to plant leaders.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid drivers license.
• One plus years’ experience in Quality Technician role.
• One plus years’ experience in manufacturing.
• High School diploma.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent.

Reasonable Mandatory Overtime

May be required due to business needs.

Targeted Pay Range

$26.83 - $34.28
