Quality Technician II

Knapheide Installation Center in Red Oak, TX is seeking a Quality Technician II to manage the Quality Control auditing process, ensuring completed products meet Knapheide quality standards for form, fit, and function. This full‑time role reports to the General Manager and the Knapheide Truck Equipment Center (KTEC) Quality Manager, with limited travel required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate quality issues, determine root cause, and initiate corrective action.
• Communicate quality issues throughout the organization to prevent further occurrences.
• Supervise and train Quality Technicians on Knapheide quality standards.
• Maintain the Knapheide Weld Program, including weld training, certifications, and auditing.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a Quality role preferred.
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds.
