Quality Technician - Chatsworth

We are seeking a Quality Technician who is detail-oriented and committed to supporting consistent product quality. This role works closely with production and quality teams to perform inspections, collect data, and help identify and address quality concerns. The Quality Technician follows established procedures, supports continuous improvement efforts, and helps ensure products meet quality standards. Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and collect data to support quality control
• Identify and address quality concerns in collaboration with production and quality teams
• Follow established procedures to maintain product quality
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Basic understanding of quality control principles and procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
