Responsibilities Include Performing and recording monitoring activities, audits, and process verifications within the facilityEnforcing food safety programs and conducting pre-operational and quality inspectionsMaintaining accurate records using computer systems and managing inventory suppliesCollaborating with peers and management to drive continuous improvement and promote teamworkAdhering to safety regulations and maintaining a safe, clean work environmentAdditional duties as assigned Qualifications And Skills Eligible to work in the U.S. without Visa sponsorship18 years or older with the ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50lbs, bending, climbing, etc.)Comfortable working in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE and at elevated heightsProficient in English (verbal and written) and basic computer useAble to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, with advance noticeHigh school diploma/GED or two years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications Experience in production, military environments, or quality control/assuranceAssociate’s degree in a science-related field or pet food manufacturing knowledge
