Responsibilities
- Data collection and population for ISIR reporting, capability studies, and safe launch assurance
- Selection of metrology equipment and gaging to optimize measurement efficiency and throughput
- Fixture design or contracting
- Balloon part prints
- Gage calibration
- Gage R&R studies
- Communicate with employees and vendors in a positive, team-oriented manner
- Comply with all safety and work rules and regulations
- Maintain Rosti core values of Passion, Integrity, Partnership, and Excellence
Requirements
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate in English required
- Understanding of GD&T
- Ability to program vision-based and touch probe measurement systems: Hexagon CMM, OGP SmartScope Flash, Keyence IM Series, Mitutoyo Surftest, OGP TurnCheck, etc.
- Measurement via traditional tools: micrometer, caliper, pin gage, etc.
