Quality Technician-1st and 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming receiving inspections to verify material compliance.
• Conduct first piece inspections to ensure production accuracy.
• Audit in-process and finished products for conformance to specifications.
• Facilitate sorting and segregation of non-conforming parts.
• Lead investigations into customer quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications (a plus).
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in a quality-related role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

This role is essential in ensuring that incoming materials and manufactured products meet our quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Schedule and Shift

• 1st: 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
• 2nd: 3:30pm - 11:30pm Monday - Friday (includes $1.00 shift differential)
• 3rd: 11:30pm - 7:00am Monday - Friday (includes $1.50 shift differential)

Pay

• Hourly Pay Rate: $22.00
