Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery to ensure smooth operation and high-quality output.
• Monitor production processes to identify and address issues promptly.
• Follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
• Participate in regular maintenance checks and repairs of production equipment.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve production-related problems efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Knowledge of basic electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with industrial machinery and equipment.

Pay

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional weekend and holiday shifts.
