ESAero is seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to join our Quality Compliance team. In this role, you will help shape and sustain our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that our processes consistently align with the latest industry standards and regulatory requirements. You will be instrumental in equipping projects and departments with the tools and guidance needed to deliver products that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the implementation, maintenance, and audit of aerospace or related industries’ standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve quality-related processes, documentation, and procedures in compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other applicable standards.
- C Conduct internal audits across the organization, including but not limited to the Quality Management System, supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing.
- Support preparation activities related to external, customer, and other regulatory audits.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement process improvements to the Quality Management System and supporting processes to strengthen organizational resilience and efficiency.
- Support the design and implementation of forms, tools, and other resources that streamline and automate quality processes.
- Leverage technical expertise to refine and evolve processes to support the needs of a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Support corrective and preventive actions ensuring that actions, supporting evidence, and documentation are thorough and complete.
- Develop and deliver engaging quality training programs to enhance staff knowledge and compliance awareness.
- Continuously monitor latest industry trends relating to quality management system and quality compliance.
- Champion a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization.
- Promote awareness of evolving quality requirements and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or related field.
- Hands-on experience working within ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar quality standards.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with proven success collaborating across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and industry-related software.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings/specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a quality-related field.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and statistical techniques.
- Extensive experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent QMS standards.
- Background in aerospace or a comparable technical industry.
- CQA, CQE certifications.
- Experience with IPC-A-610C, J-STD-001, IPC/WHMA-A-620 and commercial electronics workmanship standards.
Skills

Pay
$75,000 – $120,000 salary range, commensurate with experience.
