About the Role

Oversee quality operations within a supply chain environment, focusing on kitting, inspection, and documentation to ensure materials meet specifications, safety standards, and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team, managing staffing, performance, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Manage daily operational goals and monitor quality metrics.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through expectation management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related fields, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific knowledge.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, production, and federal regulations.
