Dometic Land Vehicles Americas is a trusted provider of high-end products for recreational vehicles, commercial passenger vehicles and overlanding vehicles in North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. This position reports to the Plant Operations Manager and is based in Greenbrier, TN. The Quality Supervisor is responsible for leading and maintaining the facility's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements while supporting Dometic's commitment to customer satisfaction, product quality, and continuous improvement. This position oversees quality assurance activities, corrective action processes, customer quality requirements, PPAP reviews and submissions, KPI reporting, and compliance with internal and external standards. The Quality Supervisor serves as a key liaison between manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and customers to ensure quality objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities
Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure compliance with all ISO 9001 requirements, procedures, work instructions, and documented processes.
- Coordinate internal audits and support external audits conducted by customers, certification bodies, and corporate representatives.
- Monitor effectiveness of quality processes and drive actions to address identified gaps.
- Manage document control and ensure quality documentation
