Quality Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide quality lab staff.
• Initiate and oversee waste and scrap reduction projects.
• Initiate and oversee cost savings projects.
• Generate reports and presentations for process improvement or cost justification.
• Support customer-driven initiatives.
• Participate in external audits (customer and third-party audits).
• Coordinate and prepare for internal audits (quality system and GMP).
• Administer and maintain the internal, supplier, and customer notification system.
• Ensure accurate returned goods valuation and management.
• Track material dispositions and follow up if dispositions are delayed.
• Attend and facilitate daily internal notification meetings.
• Provide direction and manage the Notification Coordinator.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Preferred degree in industrial/manufacturing application or quality assurance.
• 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing, preferably in blown film, flexo printing, and/or adhesive lamination.
• Quality-related experience preferred.
• Achieve green belt status as a minimum.
