The work model

Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Perform chemical verification of in-process epoxy and urethane systems to ensure formulation accuracy, cure characteristics, and compliance with documented specifications.
  • Maintain records per ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Assist in developing test protocols to investigate the integrity of new and current materials.
  • Maintain proper laboratory procedures.
  • Be mainly accountable for:
    • Conducting incoming material inspections and confirmatory testing (e.g., viscosity, solids, NCO content) against Certificates of Analysis; applying acceptance criteria and control nonconforming product per QMS procedures.
    • Leading preventive and corrective actions (CAPA) based on chemical analysis results; utilizing root cause analysis tools and updating control plans to prevent recurrence, ensuring continual improvement per ISO 9001:2015.
    • Evaluate laboratory capability and recommend equipment upgrades or replacements; developing justification reports and supporting implementation of validated methods to enhance measurement accuracy and efficiency.
    • Planning and executing internal audits of processes, documentation, and records; issuing findings, verifying corrective action effectiveness, and contributing to maintaining ISO 9001 compliance.
    • Supporting Quality Management System (QMS) controls by maintaining documented procedures, training personnel, and preparing for customer and regulatory audits; ensuring document control and traceability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Chemical Laboratory Analyst or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience, including 1 year (preferred) in a laboratory setting with knowledge of test methodologies related to viscosity, density, gel time, etc.
  • A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Experience working with different methodologies of RCA and CAPA.
  • Experience, a plus.
