About the Role

The Quality Specialist-Electrical will perform enclosure and electrical inspections of generator and electrical enclosures, supervise third-party/customer inspections, and delegate tasks as needed. This position will also assist with supervising the shipping of necessary enclosure parts on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Work with panel boards, transformers, and distribution equipment.
• Prioritize and plan work activities, manage time efficiently, and meet objectives to complete projects.
• Sign off on enclosure and electrical inspection forms.
• Assist with shipping enclosures, tanks, and parts.
• Demonstrate teamwork by collaborating well with others, offering assistance, and responding positively to constructive feedback.
• Follow safe manufacturing and material handling practices.
• Manage multiple projects, including communication with other Robinson employees to assist with project progress.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of commercial/industrial experience preferred, along with experience with panel boards, transformers, and distribution equipment.
• State journeymen or master’s license is a plus.
• Working knowledge of NEC electrical codes and NFPA 70-NEC.

Preferred Skills

• Medium voltage and electronics experience.

Travel Requirements

Travel to other Robinson facilities may be required at times.
