Activities & Responsibilities

• Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Safeguards daily scrap monitoring and analysis.
• Supports supplier reporting and monthly metrics.
• Completes or assists in completing root cause and countermeasure investigations for customer complaints, internal investigations, and audit findings.
• Assists and/or manages containment.
• Assists and/or manages sorting activities.
• Supports all external and internal investigations.
• Affords assistance in activities for Change Management.
• Manages all external Supplier Defect/Containment.
• Supports and participates in shop floor audits.
• Supports Customer requirements.
• Supports APS/Lean Projects.
• Supports Quality Training.
• Supports HOLD Process.
• Proficient in Microsoft.
• Able to interface with computers.
• Might be responsible for assisting in training of QA technicians and QA support of Dojo training for all new hires.
