Knowledge
- Systems related to Claims adjudication or Enrollment practices or Inquiry transactions for processing practices
- Timelines to ensure handling of cases comply across operational disciplines
Skills
- Compile detailed documentation
- Data mining to support audit requirements
- Trend analysis
- Effective communication with business partners on findings and recommendations
Abilities
- Maintain flexibility in a team environment
- Escalate findings to management
- Identify process improvement opportunities and trending
