About the role
The Quality Engineering team in Round Rock, Texas, is part of Services Process Transformation within Dell Technologies. This team plays a central role in designing, optimizing, and governing business processes that drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and improve operational efficiency across Dell Services.
Responsibilities
- Define process architecture, operating models, and transformation strategies that enable the evolution of Services-wide systems, technologies, and business capabilities.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve business outcomes and prepare Dell Services for the future.
- Apply process engineering, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities to solve high-impact business problems.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in process improvement and transformation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions.
- Experience with process modeling tools and methodologies such as BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning principles and their application to business processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in process engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., PMP, CQE) are a plus.
